Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is usually conducted during face-to-face
meetings (or sessions) in which the therapist and the client
talk about what is troubling the client.
Yoga Therapy
☼ Yoga therapy
combines supported & assisted yoga postures with traditional and
contemporary psychotherapy. By tailoring yoga practices to
individual needs, whilst taking biological and/or emotional
considerations into account, yoga therapy is more effective than
general yoga practice as a safe and gentle means of treating a
variety of mental and physical conditions individually or
couples.
Private
Individual and Group Yoga Instruction

Taught in the privacy
of our intimate, confidential, and safe yoga studio, individual
and group yoga instruction offers an opportunity to deepen
knowledge, hone skill, bolster self-esteem, explore alternative
healing techniques and increase self-love. All done in an
environment that inspires mindfulness, patience, compassion and
respect. Private individual and group sessions are for
enjoying an inspiring mind-body-heart experience that can be
transformational physically, emotionally, and psychologically.
Family Counseling
☼ The primary
focus of these sessions is to help the couple deal with any
interpersonal difficulties or other issues impacting the
relationship.
Assessment
☼
Assessment is a procedure that clinicians use to gain an
understanding of the unique characteristics of individuals and
to get information about the success of their treatment.
Workshops and Seminars
☼
The psychotherapists provide training on various aspects of
psychology, yoga, meditation, stress reduction and relaxation
and counseling to community agencies, churches, and other
concerned groups.
