Getting Started

Welcome to this adventure! Many factors can make the decision to begin a psycho-emotional spiritual journey challenging. Now that you’ve made the decision and are ready to take some action, I want to congratulate you on your courage, willingness and perseverance in getting started. Here’s how to continue.

  1. Download and print the three intake documents required for all new clients. Please bring completed copies to the first appointment. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, I welcome the opportunity to discuss them with you before signing. Email or phone in advance of your session and/or discuss them with me in person during your first session. If you are unable to print these forms, I am happy to provide copies upon arrival of your first session.
  1. Dress comfortably. The first appointment, unless otherwise specified will be a consultation to determine what direction to go. With myriad possibilities, the first session is a good opportunity to review the options based on your needs, desires and preferences.
  2. I am happy to discuss my fee schedule with you. Explanation of policies and fees are on page 2 of the Informed Consent document. When possible, I will work with you to determine a “sliding scale” fee, which is determined before the meeting.

I accept checks and cash, no credit cards or insurance. Sessions are 60-90 minutes.
