White, Ph.D. |

Martha is
a licensed psychologist, who recently retired from
the University of Georgia after providing counseling and
therapy, consultation and programming, and teaching and
training activities to the university community for over 28
years. Martha has developed workshops based on her interests
in holistic health, spirituality and counseling, and life
transitions, particularly the second half of life.

Rosof, M.A., R.Y.T. |

Lisa has a Masters of Arts in counseling and is a certified yoga therapist, and registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Lisa has been providing yoga
instruction and therapy in group and individual
settings, in the private and public sector for over 19
years. Recent Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy faculty, Lisa taught
certification and preparatory
workshops in the region. Lisa is devoted to integrating and nurturing the mind-body connection. |

Nancy is a licensed
clinical social worker with over 30 years counseling
experience. She was in private practice in Georgetown for 9
years and also worked at the State Department of Mental
Health for over 20 years. Nancy’s special interests are in
life transitions: loss, sadness and relationship problems. |
