Gentle Yoga
Fridays, 10:30 am at Healthpoint ($4 and facility
day-pass)
Classes introduce beginning students to the
fundamentals of posture technique, breath and
relaxation through a restorative and Iyengar-based
approach. Gentle Yoga classes are for new or
continuing students who would prefer and/or benefit
from a more slowly paced, less rigorous class.
Meditation is for those students who want/need to
sit in silence, or with guided meditations and/or
music to reduce stress, eliminate anxieties, calm
and rest the mind.
Level II Yoga
Mondays, 10:30 am at Healthpoint ($4 and facility
day-pass)
Classes are for both new students and those who are
comfortable and confident in Level I and would like
more challenge. Ideal for those with previous
experience. The basic poses are refined and
inverted poses (forearm balance, headstand, plow and
shoulder stand) are introduced. Alignment,
precision and concentration are the foundation of
this hatha class inspired by the Anusara and Iyengar
traditions.

The Enneagram
Tuesdays, 1 -
2:30 pm at Litchfield Counseling &
Yoga
is a
psycho-spiritual tool which
describes nine basic personality
types of human nature. In this
two-session Enneagram workshop, we
make a fascinating journey of
self-discovery that is useful and
revealing on many levels and in many
areas of our lives: for
self-understanding, for overcoming
negative patterns in ourselves, for
the growth of our relationships, and
as an essential portal to real
transformation. Session I: An
introduction that will present an
overview of the Enneagram as a
whole, with emphasis on the
fundamental elements of the nine
types. We will see how these aspects
of ourselves manifest in our lives
and how, rightly understood, they
can lead us to deeper inner
resources, real peace of mind,
lasting joy, and compassion for
ourselves and others. Session II:
At a deeper level, the Enneagram
tells us about the relationship
between our personality and our
Essence, or spirit. This Workshop
will focus on exercises to help us
see through the veils of our
personality structures to have a
more direct experience of our
Essence, our true spiritual nature.

AND improve your golf game?
And, how can understanding
your personality style
increase your happiness and
improve your relationships?
In this two-hour workshop,
four psychotherapists from

Yoga will help you explore
these questions and more.
You’ll be introduced to a
